The Crosswind Farm feta is a mild, creamy and mouth watering cheese. This cheese is semi-soft and comes immersed in a salt water brine solution to keep it young and fresh for 5 months or more.
Crosswind Farm is located in Keene, On, just outside of Peterborough. Kevin and Cindy started their goat farm in 2006 and have been producing award winning cheeses from their family run operation.
