A local success story, Erin Kergan opened her shop in nearby Merrickville in 2020 and has been happily brewing her delicious handmade caramels ever since. These are not your average caramels. Made in small batches and individually wrapped, these soft creamy caramels make a delicious treat or a wonderful gift. You will have a hard time just eating one!
