Our 48 Day Dry Aged Cote De Boeuf is $65/lb.  This is a beautiful one bone dry aged prime rib roast. When you reserve your Cote De Boeuf, we ask for a $20 deposit which will be taken off of your total at pickup.

How much do I need?

For reference, a one bone section weighs 2-2.5 lbs and easily feeds 2 adults.
